I founded Sweet Spot HR to help leaders and employees genuinely love their work. With experience in both in-house HR leadership and consulting, I support business owners in growing their teams without the stress and risk that often comes with managing people. My approach is practical, hands-on, and grounded in real business operations, not theory.

I began my career at a fast-growing digital marketing company, advancing from HR Assistant to leadership as the organization scaled from 200 to nearly 1,000 employees. Since then, I’ve partnered with employers nationwide, supporting multi-state teams and complex compliance across a wide range of industries.

My goal is to take HR off your plate by building clear, compliant systems, so you can lead with confidence and focus on what matters most. We integrate directly into your workflow primarily through email, phone, and scheduled video meetings. While we utilize Microsoft Teams for our recurring strategy sessions, we are flexible and can adapt to the platforms your business already uses.

Based in Reno, Nevada, we are available for local on-site support as needed. For partners outside the Reno area, we primarily work remotely but can make arrangements for on-site visits during critical projects or special circumstances.
